These are some my favorite frontmen in music, some of the most recognisable faces, and some of the most driving leaders of bands. There are plenty of successful bands that get a lot of attention, but the lead singer tends to stick out, and have the most charisma of the group, so that's the guy people tend to remember. Please post if there is anyone I left out.
david lee roth was much better than sammy hagar and should not be included as one
I think Peter Gabriel as the frontman of Genesis makes a lot more sense than Phil Collins. Gabriel had a huuuuge stage presence.
Yeah, that makes sense. Phil Collins wasn't technically a 'front'man. I'll change it to Peter
Jim Morrison not going to be added? If we're talking about how much they dominated the band and gave a good show to the audience he would be my choice.
Jagger is certainly the most obvious choice.
There are alot of good choices to pick from! I think the greatest frontman is Mick Jagger because he had alot of personality.
