My Biggest Pet Peeves

- Commercials that try to be funny, but aren't ex. Burger King's Angry Whopper ad, every Tim Horton's ad I've ever seen...
- People who park in front of the gas pump, but don't use it, and I have to wait 15 minutes for them to get a Coke.
- Products that claim to be 'enviromently friendly'or 'green' when there's really nothing different there except a green sticker.
- Burger commercials that make the burger look huge, but when you go to buy it, it's about 1/3 of the size. It looks like somebody sat on it.
- When celebrities make poor excuses for their mistakes, like they think everybody is an idiot, and will believe it ex. Ashlee Simpson's excuse for lip-syncing was acid reflux...that's another way of saying heartburn...
- When politicians go on air to apologize for a mistake, when it's clear they only want to retain any of the popularity that they might still have
- Young bands that wish to be 'as successful as the Beatles one day'. I've heard you, and 20 other bands that sound just like you. You might get 1 hit at the most, then you will sink into obscurity. If you truly hope to achieve that kind of success, you will need to be original, and groundbreaking. Go to it.
