A constant work in progress...tell me what you think!

Wow, AAA. This is an awesome list, and while I could nit-pick over individual selections (I'll get to that in a second), it's hard to argue with the greatness of these songs. I must say, your knowledge of recent indie music is pretty ridiculous. I am constantly amazed by it.
Now. Here are some random rambling thoughts. Your Arcade Fire selections are dead-on, in my opinion. Those would be my top two, with "In the Backseat" a close third. I can definitely get on board with your Moon and Antarctica picks, too. God, I love "Lives." It's depressing, but it rings so true. I love your Yankee Hotel Foxtrot picks too, but I'm convinced you can take any combination of songs from that album and call them your favorites, and I'll agree. Personally, I'd pick "Ashes of American Flags", but that album is so great...
I was a bit weirded out by "Anthems for a Seventeen Year Old Girl" the first time I heard it, but perhaps it's a song that grows on you. I should listen to that whole album again. Ditto Spoon. You've probably listened to Her Majesty more than I have, but my favorite from that album at this point may be "Song for Myla Goldberg", though I like "Red Right Ankle" too. Blueberry Boat has so many brilliant songs on it. I'd personally prefer "Straight Street", "Chief Inspector Blancheflower", "Birdie Brain", or the title track, but I do love "Chris Michaels" too. You did nail the best song on EP, though.
On the other hand, I hate "Work It", "99 Problems", "Since U Been Gone", and anything by Daft Punk.
If I made such a list, it would probably include some more Elliott Smith, White Stripes, and even (gasp!) the Strokes, but alas...
Great list.
